Strong Experience with training providers and vendors in all over Egypt , MENA Regions.

Design and implement custom training programs .

Reviews if training programs materials are matching the predefined learning objectives and recommends modifications to “Instructional Designer”.

Aligns and cooperate with “Training Specialists” in identifying training needs as per his/her assigned specialty.  

Analyzes data and conduct research of latest trends and best practices to support leadership, culture, and/or special projects.

Manage the specialty training plan regarding training programs, training hours & training location (internal, external or hybird), and budget and ensure that costs incurred are monitored against plans and realize benefits as planned.

Orients “Training Specialists and Training Coordinators” with Training Programs whether new (and/or) current.

Train and equip in-house trainers, managers and supervisors with all new trendy learning ,development and technical methods and technologies.
