Diagnose learning needs, identify appropriate solutions and develop strategic learning plans and frameworks to achieve business goals for our clients.

Equips staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.

Design and develop the training materials in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, and multimedia as well as presentations, trainer guides, classroom hand-outs and participants hand out to conduct effective training ( Articulate 360 – Adobe Captivate – Talent LMS - others ).

Oversees development of appropriate training materials and programs applying adult learning principles and systematic Instructional design to create learning curricula that best suites the Needs of the content includes online, classroom, virtual instructor-led training and blended learning ( Articulate 360 – Adobe Captivate –TalentLMS , others ).

Observe and evaluate Instructor performance and initiate appropriate corrective actions and reports as required, post class surveys (Bimonthly, quarterly reports for all Instructors.)

Assist Training Manager in the selection and hiring of technical trainers as necessary to carry out program requirements in every team across training dept.

Support Sales Department, providing knowledge of all available classes in order to accommodate clients’ special needs.

Research, develop, and refine content to be applied in interactive eLearning, distance learning, and/or instructorled courseware of a technical nature for training solutions.(ADDIE Model).

Works collaboratively with faculty and staff to develop courses and eLearning modules that challenge students to assess complex business problems and deliver innovative solutions.

Creating eLearning, interactive video, and other multimedia content.

Provide faculty instructional design assistance including web-based applications and digital media.

Coaches instructors on a variety of content authoring resources including, but not limited to, presentation, podcasting, animation, screen and video capture, and interactive multimedia.
